There are all different kinds of slices of bacon. There’s Streaky bacon and that comes from pork belly. Its a fatty ass slice with layers of fat running down the slices.This slice be the most common you know, your mama cooked you this slice when you were a little bastard running around.
There’s Pancetta, this be Italian streaky bacon. I like Italian food.
There be middle bacon this be coming from the side of the little piggy its expensive and has lots o’ fat.
Theres back bacon that comes from the loin (haha)  in the middle of the back of the pig. This slice be very lean, MEATY cut of bacon, it got less fat compared to other cuts. Fact: Most bacon eaten in the United Kingdon is Back bacon.

There’s a bunch of other kinds of slices of bacon but I don’t care anymore so here’s a recipe for a Bacon Sandwich:

Ingredients:

2 slices of bread (any kind)
1- 2 tablespoons of butter
20 slices of bacon

Steps:
1. Start by places bacon on hot skillet, follow directions on package.
2. Put slices of bread in toaster and butter them when finished.
3. Place slices of bacon on bread, place other slice on top and ENJOY!
