Hard Times Café
In the WDC area they have a place called Hard Times Café. To be honest, times are not that hard there, but they make some mighty fine chili–the meat kind and the veggie kind. There is so much chili you don’t know what to do with yourself. And you can get it with cornbread and on top of noodles or fries. I bet you could bring in whatever you want and they would put put heaps of chili on top of it. Imagine: chili winter coats, chili kitchen sinks, chili hamsters, chili frosted flakes, chili… You get the point.
look at this bullshit poormans “cincinnati style” chili. this place aint got shit on Skyline!!!
